How much cargo can a single container of the China-Europe Railway Express carry?

According to the requirements of China Railway Corporation, the maximum operating speed of fast trains (including fast freight trains, multimodal transport fast trains, and China-Europe freight trains) is 120 kilometers per hour, with an axle load not exceeding 18 tons and a total weight per vehicle not exceeding 72 tons. Open-top containers are not allowed to be used for shipping.

Based on these requirements:

1. When the China-Europe freight train transports a 20-foot container, it must be transported in pairs (must be on the same route).
2. The total weight of a single 20-foot container cargo must not exceed 24 tons.
3. The weight difference between the two 20-foot containers in a pair must be less than 5 tons.
4. The total weight of all container cargo in the entire scheduled train cannot exceed 1300 tons.
5. For the scheduled China-Europe freight trains with 40-foot containers, the total weight of container cargo per car cannot exceed 25 tons (i.e., the cargo weight cannot exceed 21 tons).
