How the Door-to-Door Process Works
Step one: we collect the cargo at your supplier's factory or warehouse anywhere in China and move it to the nearest rail origin terminal — Xi'an, Chengdu, Chongqing, Zhengzhou, Yiwu, Wuhan, Guangzhou or Shenzhen. Step two: we complete the Chinese export customs declaration and load the container onto a scheduled China–Europe train.
Step three: on arrival at a European hub such as Małaszewicze or Duisburg, our customs team clears the goods for free circulation (or arranges T1 transit to your destination country). Step four: an FTL or LTL truck delivers to your warehouse, fulfillment center or store, with proof of delivery signed at your dock.
